I am currently building a program that facilitates regeneration and rejuvenation, where we help the body replace old, weak tissue with nourishing materials to build the strongest, most radiant version possible.
Many women don’t realize that every part of our body serves as a diagnostic messenger.
When our teeth are deteriorating, so is our whole body. When our vision begins to fade, it’s often not just the eyes, it’s a sign that a full-body overhaul is calling. The truth is, the body works in harmony. Every organ, including the skin, every system, every tissue is part of a greater ecosystem. One sluggish organ, left unaddressed, can create downstream dysfunction throughout the whole body.
Low thyroid? That could lead to sluggish bowels and chronic constipation. Weak kidneys? You may feel it in the form of low back pain or even a gouty toe. Clogged lungs or chronic catarrh can be a lack of catarrhal clearance in other parts of the body. A cyst on the ovary? Often it’s an elimination issue at the root. Dry, irritated skin? Indicates dehydration in the body among other root causes that have a lot to do with the skincare being used.
Everything is connected. When one organ system is overburdened, every other organ feels it.
So… what changes first when we begin to heal?
These are not an exhaustive list, but touching on high points. We always come back to obstruction in the body, nutrient deficiencies, and overload of poisons such as heavy metals, pathogens, and mycotoxins.
Hair. Skin. Nails.
The body reveals its state of internal health through these three tissues long before a diagnosis ever arrives. They are the outermost reflection of the internal terrain.
Let’s break it down:
HAIR: The Silent Reporter of Mineral & Hormonal Health
-
Thinning at the temples or crown – Often adrenal exhaustion, thyroid weakness, or iron deficiency.
-
Excess shedding – A signal of chronic stress, gut imbalance, or post-illness depletion.
-
Dry, brittle hair – Indicates poor fat assimilation or omega-3 deficiency.
-
Dull strands – Points to stagnant liver, dehydration, or poor circulation.
-
Premature graying – May stem from copper, B12 deficiency, mold/mycotoxin overload or chronic oxidative stress.
NAILS: The Blueprint of Nutritional Deficiency
-
Vertical ridges – Signs of dehydration, low stomach acid, or B vitamin depletion.
-
Horizontal ridges (Beau’s lines) – Evidence of trauma, illness, or digestive collapse.
-
White spots – Often linked to zinc depletion.
-
Peeling or splitting – Associated with protein malabsorption or weak stomach acid.
-
Spoon-shaped nails – Classic iron-deficiency anemia and poor oxygenation.
SKIN: The Mirror of the Gut, Liver, and Lymphatic System
-
Dry, flaky skin – A sign of poor fat absorption or liver stagnation.
-
Eczema and rashes – Linked to leaky gut, toxicity, or sluggish kidneys.
-
Hormonal acne (chin & jawline) – Often estrogen dominance due to poor elimination.
-
Hyperpigmentation / melasma – Reflects liver congestion and blood sugar imbalance.
-
Dark circles or puffiness under the eyes – Commonly tied to kidney stress or food sensitivities from toxemia.
-
Fine lines and sagging – A sign of nutrient depletion, chronic inflammation from obstruction, and toxic burden.
How to Turn the Ship Around - From the Inside Out (and Outside In)
This isn’t guesswork. These methods are time-tested through the teachings of the world’s greatest natural physicians.
Step 1: Internal Regeneration
-
Cleanse the colon: “All disease begins in the bowel.” – Hippocrates
-
Support the liver & kidneys: Bitters, castor oil packs, parsley, dandelion, and deep hydration.
-
Nourish the blood & rebuild tissue: Superfoods, mineral broths, and tissue-rebuilding herbs like comfrey and nettle.
-
Get moving: Breathe deeply, sweat often, and stimulate lymph flow daily.
Step 2: Topical Restoration
-
Use only living, herbal-infused remedies such as our newest ABLE Balm with Calendula, castor, raspberry, and farm-fresh beeswax to rebuild the skin barrier.
-
Avoid synthetic skincare: What goes on your skin is absorbed into your bloodstream.
-
Embrace old-world skincare rituals: Dry brushing, gua sha, and botanical oils to stimulate lymph and renew cellular function.
Your skin is not betraying you.
It’s trying to speak to you.
Your hair is not misbehaving.
It’s signaling depletion.
Your nails aren’t weak.
They’re revealing where to rebuild.
And the good news is… the body wants to heal.
It knows how.
We just need to give it what it needs.
This is what I live for, helping women become master alchemists of their own bodies. Turning depletion into vitality. Weariness into strength.
One of the first places to begin cleansing and rebuilding (aside from staying hydrated) is to get your digestion moving with mineral rich leafy greens and herbs - I love to make giant salads with microgreens, sprouts, cucumbers, purple onion, and all the dark leafy greens, and green smoothies with dandelion, banana, pear, cucumber, green apple, and spinach.
My Favorite Green Smoothie Here:
This makes 4-5 servings a day. Feel free to cut the recipe in half for fewer servings.
Toss in blender:
2 cups very cold filtered water
2 heaping handfuls of spinach
2-3 leaves de-stemmed organic kale (chopped) or 2 collard green leaves (de-stemmed)
2 ribs of organic celery
1/2 organic cucumber
1 organic apple (cored & chopped)
1 organic pear (cored & chopped)
1 frozen banana
1/2 organic lemon
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pour excess into mason jars & refrigerate (for the day)
Drink entire contents throughout the day.
You are the woman who knows her body was made to thrive.
The one who’s ready to take her healing and beauty into her own hands.
From the inside out, and the outside in.
Let’s begin again, strong
