Glowing Skin Summer Smoothie
 
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water

1/2 avocado
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Handful of spinach

Something I'm Pondering

The healers of old called the sun The Doctor in the Sky. Maybe the real culprit is cooking toxic chemicals on our skin. I grew up in a day where sun bathing was all about running petroleum based ingredients and baby oil all over. Tell me that isn’t a possible cause for skin illness… 

In a world that pushes us indoors, behind screens and fluorescent lights, I’ve been remembering that we were made for this:
