Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness is everything to us. If something isn't quite right, whether it's the wrong ritual for your skin, a scent that doesn't resonate, or you simply changed your mind, we're here to make it easy. Here's how we take care of you.
Our Return Promise
You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to decide if it's right for you. That's two full months to fall in love with your ritual — or discover it's not quite the one.
To start a return, reach out to our Happiness Team at support@alchemycode.com. Let us know what you'd like to return and why (it helps us keep growing and learning). We'll guide you through every step.
What we need from you: Items should be in their original packaging whenever possible. If you've opened something and it's just not working, talk to us — we'll figure it out together. Return shipping is on you for standard returns, but we make it simple by providing our return address and helpful instructions.
When we cover return shipping: If we made a mistake, sent the wrong item, or your Remedies arrived damaged, we'll send you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. That's on us.
The 90-Day Glow Guarantee
For First-Time Customers
If this is your first time experiencing Alchemy Code, we want you to feel completely confident. That's why we offer our 90-Day Glow Guarantee on your very first order.
Here's how it works: Use your Remedies for at least 21 days (that's one full skin cell turnover cycle, enough time to let the botanicals work their magic). If after those three weeks, you're not glowing from the inside out, reach out to us anytime within 90 days.
We'll ask you to share a little feedback with us, just a quick 2-minute form so we can learn and grow. Then we'll issue you a full refund and send you a prepaid return label. Even better? You keep the products. We can't resell opened skincare, and we'd rather you have it than waste it.
A few details:
- This applies to your entire first order (up to 3 individual Remedies or 1 complete system)
- You can choose a refund to your original payment method, or store credit with an extra 15% as our thank you
- One guarantee per customer (we trust you, and we know you'll love what comes next)

Exchanges
Want to swap one ritual for another? We're happy to help. Reach out to support@alchemycode.com and let us know what you'd like to exchange and what you'd like instead.
You'll cover the cost to ship your original item back to us, and we'll cover the shipping to send your new ritual. If you're exchanging for something at a different price, we'll walk you through the difference.
Exchanges are available within 60 days of delivery. Items should be unused or gently used, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
We pack every order with love and intention, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your Remedies arrive damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, or if your package never arrives, we're here to help, but we need to hear from you quickly.
Please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Beyond our 60-day return window, or without photo documentation of the issue, we won't be able to assist.
What to do:
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us at support@alchemycode.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement right away, no need to return damaged items.
Important: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and test your products right away. If you wait weeks or months to open something, it may no longer be eligible for replacement. We want to take care of you, but we need to know about issues while they're fresh.
Missing package?
If tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have it, give it 3 business days (sometimes carriers mark packages early). After that, reach out to us at support@alchemycode.com and we'll file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim opens, we'll get your replacement out to you. We offer one courtesy replacement per customer for lost packages.
Bundles & Ritual Systems
Our systems and bundles are thoughtfully curated to work together as a complete ritual. Because of this, we ask that bundles be returned in full for a refund.
If there's an extreme situation where you need to return just one item from a system, reach out to us. We'll evaluate on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a 25% restocking fee will apply to the individual item, and you'll keep the product (we can't resell incomplete sets).
Subscription Returns
If you're part of our Subscribe & Save family, you can return your current month's shipment within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our Happiness Team at support@alchemycode.com, and we'll process a refund minus a 15% processing fee.
A gentle reminder: Please pause or cancel your subscription before the next shipment if your ritual needs aren't being met. We're always happy to help you adjust your subscription instead of processing a return.
Past subscription shipments are final, but if something ever arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll absolutely take care of you.
Non-Returnable Items
We're unable to accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Celebration or final sale items (marked at the time of purchase)
- Wellness supplements, elixirs, or ingestibles once opened (per FDA safety guidelines)
- Digital products or consultations

International Returns
We happily accept returns from our international family within the same 60-day window. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Please email support@alchemycode.com for our return address and instructions. We'll issue your refund once we receive and inspect your return.
For our EU customers: We honor the 14-day cooling-off period as required by law. Items must be unopened and unused, and you'll cover return shipping. We'll refund the full product price plus original shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
You have two options:
- Refund to your original payment method — You'll receive the full amount you paid (minus original shipping if applicable).
- Store credit with a 15% bonus — Choose this option and we'll add an extra 15% to your refund amount as a thank you. For example, a $50 return becomes $57.50 in credit. Store credit never expires, and you can use it anytime on anything at alchemycode.com.
We'll always let you choose what feels right for you.
