Our Muscle Balm contains potent capsaicin, a powerful natural ingredient that deeply warms and soothes muscles. However, be sure to NOT touch the balm with bare hands—its intensity can linger on your skin and transfer to sensitive areas like the eyes or face if accidentally rubbed elsewhere.
How to Apply Safely:
Use the applicator to gently swipe the balm onto your muscles—no need to rub it in aggressively. A little goes a long way!
If You Want to Remove It:
DO NOT use water—this will spread the capsaicin and increase its potency. Instead, apply coconut oil (or another carrier oil) to the area and gently wipe it away with a dry cloth.

Usage

I am so happy I tried this! At first I was surprised at how small it comes but after using it I was amazed at how little you want to use and how powerful it is. I have used many other balms like tiger balm and icy hot and non compare to how strong and long lasting this works. I used to get such terrible tension headaches because of my tight hairdresser shoulders, the kind that would put me down for two or three days 😭 BUT when I started using muscle balm my quality of life truly changed and do NOT get those headaches anymore 💖 Not to mention awful back pain is no longer the issue it used to be!
