It was recommended i put this on before exiting the shower. It was a game changer. It hydrated my skin so much. I love this body balm. I also use it just in general and it works great at any time.
As a side note. I burned my arm on a grill. I started applying this several times a day to my burn and it kept It hydrated and healed it in record time. Its only been about 2 weeks and you can barely see the burn mark. I will never go back to the other "lotions".
