I have used this balm for years. I love the new size because I always keep it in my purse. I use it if I feel a headache coming on or if my neck starts to ache. I also use it if my cup of mushroom coffee isn’t enough to get me going in the morning. I put a little on the back of my neck and it’s like a breath of fresh air. This works on sore body parts also. For those of you that have tried the muscle balm and it was to much this works great. Also if the Muscle balm is to much you can add oil to it and calm it down.

Cool and Calm!

Decided to try this balm because someone mentioned it was good for TMJ. It glides on and creates a nice cooling effect. Perfect on the jawline, the temples or the back of the neck. Haven't tried it specifically for a headache, but it helps relax any tension in my face before bed. I use it in conjunction with the sleep balm.

I put this on my temples and back of neck as directed and it the smell is instantly calming, which helps to relax the muscles. Then it starts with a cooling effect which further relaxes your muscles.
