This mask smells horrible and intolerable to me. It's likely the sulfur, but the smell lingers even after washing off. My 8 year old son told me it smells like gas. It also left my skin very red and I do not suggest this for sensitive skin or for anyone who can't tolerate the bad smell. As for customer service, I tried to return this under their Return Promise policy but got no response. One star for a lack of follow through on stated policies. I won't purchase from them again.

“ Apply Mask generously to face and neck two to three times per week and leave on for 10-15 minutes.” My skin started purging too much— very red and irritated. I looked into this a bit more and I’m seeing that this product should not be used more than 1 time per week, and to never let fully dry— which is easily does in the above recommended 10-15 minutes because of how potent it is. Waiting 7-10 days for my skin to repair then I will give it a go again, but only 1 time per week and wash it off before drying completely. (Apparently if it dries completely, it pulls out too much moisture from your skin).

I would like to provide feedback on a different product. Rose flower 34. I have not had luck with the previous Rose Flower 34’s that I have been shipped. I used to just wash my face once but now instead I “double cleanse” with this amazing oil and my skin has never looks better! Even my acne is now part of the past! I live in dry Las Vegas, and the facial bar has been amazing for keeping my face moisturized, and it even helps reduce blemishes or age spots along with using the blackberry leaf serum. I absolutely love the herbal alchemy products, I just wish the packaging were different. With all the facial bars and lotion bars, when you get to the end, there's a bunch stuck in the bottom that I literally will dig out with a q-tip. It's so expensive and such an amazing product I don't want to waste a bit of it! I wish they could be packaged differently so that this product doesn't get wasted. Another thing- it is consistently 100 degrees+ for several months out of the year here- wish they could ship this product on ice because if I order in the warmer months and don't get my product from the mailbox right away, some of it melts into the bottom and I have the same problem trying to dig it out! For the cost of the product, I'd love to see some improvements :)

But it does. I have a very oily forehead so I cannot use this on that or my nose bc it adds to the oilyness.. and 3) A top layer came off. Almost like it broke off. I'm not sure if I pushed it up to high Or if it was a fluke but I could have cried.. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again bc that was a lot of product...a little of this stuff goes a long way!!! I can tell this is made using some premium ingredients (good work on the calendula strength!), but I find myself slightly disappointed at the consistency as a face product. I would personally prefer something that felt as if it penetrated the skin better, more of a serum texture, at least for my face. I enjoy the light scent and how it easily goes on. It's not too greasy or oily, and glides on gently and surprisingly smooth. I love this face lotion bar. My face was really dry before I got this, but I saw results right away. I've been using it for a couple months now and my face hasn't been dry since - even with the cold and dry winter weather. Also, I have struggled with acne for years. The only things that have kept my skin clear are two prescription gels (which I have been using every day for years) - until I started using this lotion bar. I waited to do my review for this product because I wanted to be able to have some time to see how well it lasted and what the long-term usage was like. One ounce goes very quickly, especially when there are a couple centimeters worth of product at the bottom that are locked in the push-up device and you have to scrape them out with your fingernail to get all the product. $40 should equal more than 1 oz. (or less, if you are counting the amount at the bottom that cannot be used without scraping it out)The packaging. The plastic push-pop dispenser is not nice looking or feeling. For the amount of money the product costs, this should be much better than cheap plastic. The edges of the dispenser can scrape your skin too, if you aren't careful of having the product pushed up far enough. Then there is a large amount left over at the bottom. One day the end of my product just popped out and flew across the room where I had to retrieve it and scrape the dust off the wax. A mess. Also, as it is plastic, it should be recyclable but it isn't. No numbers at all. Come on.The delivery of product. Although I really liked the idea of a lotion stick, the circumference is much too big. Was awkward getting it to glide over my face. If it were 2/3rds or half the size around, it would make going over the curves of the face much easier. Lastly, the emails. Strangely, because I bought the product liking the person who developed and was selling the products, I quickly became annoyed when my email inbox was suddenly full of long, rambling, emails directly from the owner (ceo?) herself. I don't mind a personal touch at all, in fact I appreciate feeling like there is a real person at the other end of the product spectrum. But when I'm sent a barrage of semi-autobiographical emails over and over, it can get old quick. I don't think I've ever been able to read through an entire email from her. They are loooong. And unnecessary. So overall (long review) I liked the product itself quite a bit, but due to some unfortunate aspects, I will not purchase this again.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Japanese skincare products line for years because at the time it was the results I went after and the ease of carrying the tiny samples in a miniature duplicated jar. Where do I begin?
Before MIGsoap, I had battled with hormonal acne, uneven skin tone, oily, dry, and even combo skin. My skin couldn’t make up its mind what it wanted to do.
